Chris Skoff has 7 years of experience in the investment banking industry, including four years of experience developing proprietary financial services, legal and compliance applications. Mr. Skoff joined Marks Baughan in 2004.

From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Skoff held a number of positions within the compliance group at Deutsche Bank, including Assistant Vice President in the investment banking and capital markets compliance group. He was centrally involved in the development of an integrated suite of legal and compliance surveillance applications used by the firm's broker dealer operations.

Mr. Skoff received a BS in finance from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
