Larry Gladstone has twenty years of diverse healthcare experience as an operator, venture capital investor, and investment banker. Prior to joining Marks Baughan, Mr. Gladstone was President and Co-Founder of National Vascular Care, a venture capital backed specialty outpatient surgery center company. NVC partnered with nephrologists and vascular surgeons to develop and operate outpatient centers focused on dialysis access and peripheral vascular disease.

From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Gladstone was Regional Director and Vice President of MedCath, a NASDAQ traded cardiology services and specialty heart hospital company. Mr. Gladstone led MedCath's outpatient cardiac catheterization lab development and operations. Mr. Gladstone directly managed all physician joint-ventured cath labs, which included 60 clinical employees and 50 physician partners. Mr. Gladstone was responsible for all new business development and construction as well as operations and finances of the physician joint ventures.

Following MedCath, Mr. Gladstone joined Kitty Hawk Capital, a twenty year old early stage venture capital firm, investing throughout the Southeast. As a General Partner, Mr. Gladstone focused on healthcare and technology investments. Prior to founding National Vascular Care, Mr. Gladstone served as President of Lawrence Capital where he provided capital advisory and strategic consulting services to range of healthcare companies including revenue cycle management, pharmacy, and diagnostic services.

Mr. Gladstone received a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
