Paul Vander Vort has over 14 years of transactional experience as head of business development, as an investment banker and as a corporate attorney.

From 2005-2008, Mr. Vander Vort held the position of Vice President, Strategy & Business Development for the North American Legal ("NAL") Division of Thomson Reuters (NYSE:TRI), which includes TRI's flagship Westlaw business, as well as Elite and FindLaw. In this capacity, Mr. Vander Vort led a team of five deal professionals and closed on approximately 20 transactions. Mr. Vander Vort was a member of the NAL Management Committee and the West Management Committee, as well as a graduate of the Thomson School of Executive Leadership.

Mr. Vander Vort received a BA from Amherst College and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
