Chris Hildreth joined Marks Baughan in 2023, where he advises business and tech-enabled services companies in M&A and capital-raising transactions. Prior to joining Marks Baughan, he served as managing director and head of business services investment banking at Truist Securities. Before Truist, Hildreth advised business and tech-enabled services companies during his 16-year tenure with Robert W. Baird & Co. Prior to that, Hildreth was part of Deutsche Bank Securities’ business services investment banking team and the audit practice of Ernst and Young. Chris earned both a BS and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
