Chris Rose has over 20 years of experience advising software and tech-enabled services companies on all aspects of sale and capital formation transactions. Since joining Marks Baughan in 2006, Mr. Rose has advised industry leading companies like Peppermint on its sale to Litera, Crunchafi (f/k/a LeaseCrunch) on its investment from Aquiline, TRAFiX on its investment from Marlin, Iridium on its sale to BigHand, MetaCompliance on its investment from Tenzing, Exterro on its strategic investment from Leeds Equity and ACL on its $50m minority investment from Norwest. Chris received his BA in Economics from Swarthmore College and has been recognized as a top dealmaker in The M&A Advisor’s Annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leader Awards.
