Mike Bryant is an operating partner at Knox Capital, where he invests in software and tech-enabled service companies in the legal, governance, regulatory, and compliance sectors. Current portfolio companies at Knox include: HaystackID where Bryant is chairman; a360; Knox Title; Bundle; Collabtech; and BryteBridge where Bryant serves as interim CEO. Prior to Knox, Bryant was co-founder and CEO of nSource, a legal technology and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) firm. nSource was profitable within its first year of operation, thanks to an industry-first, multimillion-dollar contract to design and manage the North American back/middle-office service center for one of the world’s 10 largest law firms. Before starting nSource, Bryant was CEO of CBF Group and later became president at Integreon, a global leader in KPO and legal process outsourcing (LPO) supporting the legal, financial services, and corporate marketplace. Prior to that, Bryant was EVP of strategy and corporate development at Bowne Business Solutions, a $300M tech-enabled managed-services company. Bowne acquired Donnelley Enterprise Solutions Inc. (DESI) an IT, litigation support, and KPO/LPO provider. Over this ten-year period at DESI and Bowne, Bryant held various management and leadership positions culminating in a global executive role responsible for sales, marketing, strategy, and M&A. Bryant completed an executive MBA program in product development at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and earned a BBA in finance.
