Ashwini Gautam has more than 15 years of experience in investment banking and technology consulting. Gautam joined Marks Baughan in 2023 to lead the firm’s efforts in the supply-chain-management and data-analytics sectors. Prior to joining Marks Baughan, Gautam was a vice president focused on software investment banking at Nomura Securities, where he led the supply-chain-management and data-analytics practices and successfully advised on M&A and capital-raising transactions. Prior to Nomura, Gautam was an associate at Bank of America Securities, where he successfully advised industry-leading technology companies. Previously, Gautam worked for nearly a decade as a successful and published supply-chain-management consultant and co-founded both a supply-chain-management consulting firm and a cleantech startup. Ashwini earned an MS in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Hass School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
