Sam Ghanavati joined Marks Baughan in 2026. He was previously an investment banking analyst at Lincoln International in the firm’s Technology group, based in London, UK, focusing on Software, LegalTech, and Data & Analytics M&A transactions. Sam’s prior experience includes investment banking roles at William Blair and SMBC. Sam earned an MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise (MBE) from the University of Cambridge and a BSc (Hons) in Genetics from the University of Essex.
